I’m so happy to have met Jack – he & his team at Boga Construction did an amazing job on the exterior of my Victorian terrace, which had been neglected for decades and is a real doer upper. Jack has integrity and won’t cut corners – the work is beautifully done and I felt I was in safe hands when unexpected issues came up – the chimney and pots which were in terrible condition, rebuilding a wall which was bowing and wobbling (!) with yellow stock bricks, making a new window sill, then also re rendering, new guttering and flashing, generally making sure that the house is water tight. Thank you!

Jack carried out a refurbishment on my 3 bedroom home and has just finished the project. From start to finish his team was tidy helpful and very knolegable. Jack explained us the issues with the walls and the leaks, and he advise us the different materials we can use and prices. They finish the back and front brick pointing and the chimney and lead flash in 2 weeks.

We had a building survey and he recommended for our roof to be replaced! We contacted a couple of roofers and we had and estimates from them also we contacted Boga which we used their service twice before and we were pleased with the results! Jack has sent us the quote which was in our budget, the work is done to the Highest standard as we expected from Boga Construction!!! Nothing challenging For Jack and his team! We highly recommended! Jack and the team (Seb) was exceptional during the whole process. I was kept regularly updated and they also helped me with adhoc delivery reception while I was not around. He is always transparent with what is included in the quote and what is not and I did not find myself in a situation where I had to fork out money I did not expect to. Everyday he made sure that the house was left in a habitable condition with working water and even stayed late on a few occasions to sort out problems which arose due to the property being old.

I was told to contact Jack from many of my friends for his work, I contacted him and he came out same day to measure the room, less than a week later his workers came and fitted the flooring. This is the third time we use Boga Construction, Jack and his team did and incredible job! Jack and his team removed all the old plaster from walls as was blown and replaced all the ceilings throughout the house as were we really bad state. Boga construction (Jack) did a really great job. Part of the job was to repair a large crack in the bay window, which turned out to be more than cosmetic. Jack insisted on a structural survey to make sure the work he was to carry out would be safe and secure. Jack does not cut corners or use shoddy materials. I felt very safe letting Jack have my house keys and for him to work in the house when I couldn’t be there. Everyone from Boga were really polite and courteous. Building work is dirty, you must expect dirt and dust, the house was always left tidy and as clean as possible.

Jack carried out major central heating plumbing work when I changed my boiler. Jack assessed radiators throughout the house and was able to rectify long standing pipe issues such as sludging, flushing and rerouting. Along with correcting the pipework, Jack also advised and implemented discrete boxing where newly placed pipes are now seamlessly incorporated into other rooms providing quality central heating throughout the house Overall Jack did a great job, although the pipework and changes can’t be seen in the house, there is a huge difference. Many thanks Jack for a great job done.

Jack and his team carried out re-plastering after I had a full house rewire. The team applied storm shield, hard wall and plaster to transform my walls! He turned my crumbling walls into smooth marble feel walls. His team also painted the walls and skirting with a perfect finish. Very impressed with the work carried out. Jack was with me every step of the way and his guidance even down to colour scheme was most appreciated. This is my second time using Boga Construction after my bathroom renovation and as always excellent job done.

Jack, Colin and Damo are working on an ongoing project at the house. So far they have done an excellent Job at removing a very wonky ground floor in an old house, and installing new brick stacks, wooden joists, insulation and 18 mm ply sub floor. The house was in a really bad state was build in 1980s and we call few companies around our area for a quotes, we chose Boga Construction which was the most convenient one! All the plaster striped from walls new plaster new bathroom new Kitchen and opening between the kitchen and dining include RSJ beams, Anyway Jack and his team were very friendly and polite . Boga construction renovated my kitchen. I cannot recommend them enough for their work. Work was completed in great time and 0 problems. Jack and his team were great to come up with ideas on how to maximise space and create best designs for the limited space I had available. They fitted Dishwasher, Washing machine, boiler and all other kitchen appliances with no problem at all. I couldn’t be happier with the work done.

Unfortunately found my roof was leaking and rough structure was rotten. Boga construction came round had a look and within a week the work was done. All work passed building controls inspection and was done promptly. The team sorted all scaffolding and materials very quickly and work was completed in a great time. The use of materials has made the room considerably warmer and better than ever. After looking at quotes Boga construction was one of the cheapest but work has been very high quality.

Jack and his team recently completed work between mine and my neighbours wall. They were very efficient in completing the work, with the difficulty of dealing with the neighbours schedule. The work was completed to the highest standard and both parties were very happy with the work. They continued to keep me in the loop with any problems and suggested solutions with very little if no change to cost. I cannot recommend them enough.

We used Boga Construction recently for our bathroom renovation. Jack came down to give us a quote and was practical transparent with his quote. He was clear with what services will be covered, the timelines of the project and did not give false promises. Secondly, the contract for the project specified everything black and white without any hidden clauses. Thirdly, the team of tradesmen were excellent. We would surely recommend Boga for excellent tradesman, clean service, punctual and excellent quality of the job. All tradesmen (colin, colo, and zibi) were great.

The Boga team acted quickly in installing this beam as it was a matter of safety. They sourced a well-priced beam approved by building regulations and installed it quickly and efficiently even going the extra mile to fit the beam above ceiling height where we didn’t think was possible to ensure a neat flat ceiling could go back over it. They are very neat and hardworking team.

With any house renovation it is always going to be stressful but with Boga Construction, Jack and Zibby made every effort to be as non-disruptive and painless as possible. The planned work was to reconfigure the ground floor which involved the removal of one load-bearing wall and the re-positioning of the cloakroom toilet. They did a fantastic and very professional job and always kept me updated at every stage.

I really can’t recommend these guys enough. Apart from being extremely efficient and hardworking they also completed the job to an incredibly high standard. Charlie, Zibby, Mette and Jack were fantastic to have around. Always on time, very friendly and hugely helpful (despite changes of plan late in the day from me!). I feel so fortunate I managed to find such a brilliant team to work on the job. Having people who are so skilled, honest and really know what they’re doing removes so much of the stress, especially with big projects. I would definitely have these guys back for any other work.

This is second time I’m using Boga! Construction, on first job they did for us in other property was a excellent finish, but this was a more tricky to deal with some RSJ beams and strip off the old plaster to the brick, they did install new plasterboards on the walls and plaster all the house replaced all the doors and frames new engineered floors, Jack and his team are very friendly and polite??, the job it’s done on time frame as Jack promised us before the start of the start, the quality of work is the highest standard perfectly finished. Jack and his team did an incredible job, they fitted our new bathroom. Every step of the refit was done with precision and attention to detail. The tiling was the best I had ever seen (we requested a herringbone design) the finish on all surfaces was beautiful. I can’t recommend Boga highly enough. I can’t recommend Jack and his team highly enough. We had a large bathroom divided to make a bathroom and dressing room. Jack and his team built and plastered the walls. The quality and attention to detail was incredible. I am the fussiest person and I could not spot a single element that wasn’t absolutely perfect. We have and old Victorian house which was in a very bad state! All the internal walls had to be removed as were half brick walls and the plaster was falling of which was really bad, we called few companies and quoted us for the work, Boga was the one who we did choose for our work! Jack and his team are skilful builders and trusted, very nice and polite, Jack kept us informed for exact what they doing which is really nice and we trust them. We asked Jack and his team to gut our old bathroom and fit our new one which would include tiling. Jack’s quote was very reasonable and the work was estimated at 10 days. We also stipulated that we needed a working toilet every evening due to our small children. Jack’s team has done an amazing job. They were tidy and considerate. A week before the job was meant to finish Jack said it would need 1 extra day to complete and he was spot on. We will definitely use Jack in the future and cannot recommend him highly enough.

I’m so glad I found Jack and his team. These guys are real pros and the standard of everything is absolutely top notch. They were able to start soon after I got a quote and were done in 14 days exactly! Everything was done to perfection and I am overjoyed with the quality of the work. I trusted Jack and the guys throughout the entire process and left it up to their judgement for details that I didn’t have a clue about (tap placements, tiling under kitchen etc). There was even an ingenious solution for my bath panel (see pics!). These guys are the BEST, I seriously cannot recommend enough!

From the beginning Jack was very good with communication, friendly, helpful and patient. Always have a contract in place (to avoid any scare stories), be clear about your vision and jack will help you achieve it, he’s a good collaborator. There will always be bumps in the road – council issues, horrible discoveries, slip ups on all sides – but all were dealt with as amendments to the contract where nesc and w/o any fuss. We were hesitant about the quoted work time and it overrunning but jack was extraordinarily efficient and came in a day early! Would we use jack again – yes, definitely.

It soon became apparent that the joists above the wall to be moved would need strengthening; Jack dealt with this quickly and effectively too.
